Help - Blue Screen problem

I have a packard bell easy note laptop just changded the ram from 512 to 2 x1g no problem. Starts up fine when i add my vodafone inteernet stick with in mins a blue screen comes up with no errors messages and reboots. Ive turned atuo restart off and it just stays on blue screen. comp is Intel(R) celeron(R) M CPU 410 @1.46GHz
If any one can help fix this thanks

Hi wont alow me copy files altough im the only user as addminstrated.
I did remove mozilli fire fox this seems to have solved the problem but if you could still advise me on how to get the files coped and uploaded so you could take a look.

If you reboot to safe mode, you should be able to access your dump files.

What happens if you reinstall your old memory and remove the Vodaphone Internet Stick?

hi i have just 1 of the new 1g in at the moment and all is fine but i want to add the other 1g as my sidebar ram says its using 67% in idle .

After installing the SPs, I hope that does the trick. But if it doesn't, please reinstall your old memory and remove the Vodaphone Internet Stick and tell us if that returns your stability!!!

hi i have 1 1g new memory in and all is fine download sp1 comp seems slower now put second 1g memory in and blue screen comes up when tryin to do more than i thing have removed second 1g memory.Can my comp not handle 2g of ram.
