My Computer

Hi,

I have analysed your Minidumps:

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
STOP: 0x0000000a

Drivers referenced:

  • ntoskrnl.exe x 8
  • ndisuio.sys x 1
Usual Cause: Device Driver

Make sure ALL your drivers are up to date. In particular, make sure your external hard disk drivers are up to date. Make sure Windows is fully up to date. Download and run the free Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. What exact external hard disk driver are you using?
Also, these drivers are very old and need to be updated:

2006:

  1. secdrv.SYS
  2. peauth.sys
  3. Null.sys
  4. Swenum.sys
2007:

  1. spldr.sys
  2. spsys.sys
  3. PxHlpa64.sys
  4. HDAudBus.sys
Good luck,

Richard
