Frequent BSOD at random times

Have the BSOD problem ever since I upgraded to Windows 7.
I did a clean install again back to Vista Home Premium but the BSOD continues.
I did a mem-test and found nothing wrong.
Malware Bytes and AVG(free) found nothing.
Updated drivers through Windows Update and Device Doctor.
Safeboot with Networking works (no bsod encountered)
Usually have Mozilla and WLM running when Windows in on, but BSOD occurs at times where I just log in.
Please help me, thank you :D

This is the Memory dump.
I did a complete dump for it. Thank you in advance! :D

Hello SomeH0w,
Go to C > Windows > Minidump zip up the last five dump files and upload them with your next post, you may need to save them to your desktop first.

I have just set the settings of my computer to create minidumps. For Windows Vista, do I set the memory dump as Kernal Memory Dump or Small Memory Dump (64kb)?
Thanks

my computer does not create minidumps all the time, so this is all I have. =X
I attached the settings. If i set it to create small memory dumps, when there is a BSOD, it does not create a bsod but instead juz pauses there and does not progress, no sign of saying creating physical dump or something.
thanks in advance =X
I hope it helps.

Here are the results of your bugcheck.

STOP 0x0000008E: KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
Usual causes: Insufficient disk space. Device driver. Video card. BIOS. Breakpoint in startup without having a debugger attached. Hardware incompatibility. Faulty system service. 3rd party remote control. Memory.

STOP 0x0000000A: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Usual causes: Kernel mode driver. System Service. BIOS. Windows. Virus scanner. Backup tool. compatibility.

Two of the dump files were inconclusive, but the other ones all point to Hardware and/or Memory.
When you ran Memtest, how long did you run it for ?, it needs to be run overnight, about six or seven passes.

Can you confirm that you have all the Windows updates and any required service packs.

Open a command prompt as administrator and type sfc/scannow press enter and let it scan, if errors are found, you will have to scan again, until clean.

You may need to check your drivers with the driver verifier, but as the dump files point to hardware, we will come back to this.

If you have anything plugged in to the machine unplug it.

Check the HDD, download and run the diagnostic software from this site.

Hard Drive Diagnostics Tools and Utilities (Storage) - TACKtech Corp.

When you installed the OS, was it a clean install with a full format ?.

Run the sfc scan, memtest over night, and check the HDD, and let us know the results. Good luck.
