BSOD: Normal and Safe mode after loading screen

Hey everyone,

I just got my sisters computer as it will not start at all. Everytime after the Vista loading screen I encounter a BSOD when trying to boot into normal and safe mode. I attached a log of the Memory.DMP from WIndows debugger. Can anyone take a look at it and let me know what you think?

So far what I've tried:

Memtest
Chckdsk
sfc scannow(returned errors but wasn't able to fix them)
Swapping Memory Dimms
Resetting CMOS
System Restore
Vista Startup Fix(returned errors but wasn't able to fix them)

The computer will run fine if I load it up through UBCD4 windows. So I don't think it's hardware related.....

Good work, but we'll need the dump files in order to do a bit of massaging of them. Please zip them all up and upload them with your next post.

Most STOP 0xF4 errors that blame wininit.exe are (IMO) prime candidates for viral infections.
Please run one or two of these free, online scanners to rule that out: Malware (read the details at the link)

More info on the STOP 0xF4 errors here: BSOD Index
