BSOD, Freezing, Randomly Shutting Down

I started having problems with my laptop randomly shutting down a few weeks ago. I thought the battery might be bad, so I replaced it but the same thing happened. Then about a week ago it started freezing randomly when I was online, and now I am getting the BSOD several times a day. I can usually restart without a problem, but I never know how long it's going to stay up (sometimes minutes, sometimes hours).

I was reading through this forum and saw that someone suggested running sfc/scannow at the command prompt. I did that and received the message that corrupted files were found but couldn't be fixed.

I have attached my BSOD dump file from this morning. I'd appreciate any help from the experts. I am obviously not one!

Please zip up and upload all of the memory dump files from your system. There's a problem with the one that's uploaded and I suspect that it's a bit corrupted.

But, the good news is that the only 3rd party driver in the stack text is mfewfpk.sys - a component of your McAfee protection software. So, please do the following:

Anti-Virus Removal:
Please do the following:
- download a free antivirus for testing purposes: Free AntiVirus
- uninstall the McAfee from your system (you can reinstall it, if so desired, when we're done troubleshooting)
- remove any remnants of McAfee using this free tool: How to uninstall or reinstall supported McAfee consumer products using the McAfee Consumer Products Removal tool (MCPR.exe)
- IMMEDIATELY install and update the free antivirus
- check to see if this fixes the BSOD's

Also, please remove or update these older drivers that were loaded at the time of the crash. Don't use Windows Update or the Update drivers function of Device Manager.
