How can I fix "STOP: 0x0000007B?"

I have a windows vista computer in my room, and whenever I try to start it it comes up with the Blue Screen of Death. Right now I am using my brothers computer. I can't access or do anything on mine. Whenever I turn it on, it comes up with the same thing. Before receiving this message, I turned my computer off manually a couple of times becasuse nothing would show up on my screen (I don't know if that has to do with anything.) Do I have to call a technician or can I fix this on my own? Thanks in advance.

Thank you for replying. In that link that you gave me, it says that I need to download something. On my "broken" computer I cannot get anywhere past the blue screen, so how can I download the program that was reccomended?

I followed all the steps, and made the boot disc. I put it into the broken computer, and pressed F8 at the beginning. A screen came up, and I pressed "start in safe mode." No matter what I do, I cannot get passed the blue screen. Is it time to call a technician?

Thanks for that link. I booted it and whenever I do the startup repair it says that it cannot repair it automatically. i didn't load any drives at the beginning of booting though.

Some computer companies offer you the option to return to factory specs; the way it was when you bought it. Of course, you lose all personal stuff if you did not back up.

If it does not work following these instructions, use your manual; the method may have changed.

The site you gave me won't load... Does this mean that I have to restore everything?

My bad for the double post, I didn't see my post anywhere. I noticed it later on the second page.
