BSOD in Sleep or Hibernate Mode

(scroll down to problem)
Hi, I'm DeanP; new to Vistax64. Experienced with Computers, not a geek. Would be best to share my thoughts and experiences to Vistax64.

Problem starts here....
Whenever I put my computer into sleep mode, after 10 minutes... it started making beeping sounds (approx. 5 seconds) and then it would restart the computer (comes back to the VAIO title screen, the beeping sound stopped when the VAIO title screen appears).

I didn't see the BSOD, but after booting into Windows. Windows Problems Reports and Solutions told me that there was a Bsod during sleep mode. I searched the problem on Microsoft and I downloaded the HotFix File for it. But it didn't help with the BsOD.

Did a clean install because I thought I would had a corrupt installation; still didn't help.

Any information on getting this problem fixed?
Thanks :)

Regards,
Dean P

~~ No Viruses - I checked the system with Norton 360, AVG Home Edition and Microsoft Security Essentials.

Hope This Helps,
