Making program file available to all users

Hi guys. =) this is my first time posting and i wish i had done this long ago. i'll make this short. I tried moving my Turbine file (for dungeons and dragons. WoW sub is up ;[) to all users for obvious reasons. when i did this i then logged onto my other user, phantom (for future reference this user is Nick and my other user is Phantom. yes, those are actual names) annnd i can't use any of the programs that were previously available 5 minutes prior to the change. i get this error message when i try to use anything on that user (all my programs work on this user )



"windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. you may not have the appropriate permission to access the item."


It's an admin account so i don't understand =( please help?

Be careful not to change permissions of protected system folders.
