You have given me about 10 reports, Approximately 4 indicated a problem with usbport.sys a driver mfg by Microsoft
Another 4 indicated a problem with usbuhci.sys, a related driver, also manufacturerd by MS.
A final report indicated at network problem showing an intel driver as the cause
NETw5v32.sys Intel

Solution
Based upon these reports it is my opinion that you have a driver problem, specifically connected with your computer ports. A second less likely scenario is that the driver problem was caused by memory and finally that networking could be instrumental in causing the BSOD. It is my feeling that we have to concentrate on the port problem. To rectify the problem here are my suggestions, which should be done in the order given and the computer tested after each step to ascertain if the problem has been corrected.

Corrective Action Required
Remove all hardware that is connected to your computer ports, including modems etc (for test) except the mouse and keyboard.
Perform this scan . If errors are found run several times until corrections are no longer made.
If you have any third party Antivirus / Firewall uninstall it and see whether that makes any difference. Repalce with Microsoft Security Essentials (at least for test purposes) If your Overclocking please stop doing. You should replace with Microsoft Security Essentials, if the AV is indeed the problem
Scan with your AntiVirus
Uninstall and install the most current intel driver.
You have many outdated drivers. Update everything with a date prior to 1/08. If the BSODs are not resolved, I will suggest a driver verifier test to determine which are actually bad. Any Microsoft Drivers need not be updated at this point
Check with your vendor and see whether you have any latest BIOS Firmware updates. This is how.

How to Find Drivers
search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone - will help you search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
- - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads
To remove any left over driver remnants, especially from graphics cards, use driver sweeper http://www.guru3d.com/category/driversweeper/

Unfortunately your reports were not definitive, additional BSOD may occur as well as additional corrective action.

richc46,

thanx for your replay! i have done some of the things you suggested but the BSOD has appeard twice until now which is much better than usual.
first when the blue screen appeard i checked my drivers and it seams like the Consumer IR devices had a problem so i uninstalled it but it didn't stop the blue screens.

Also when i did the SFC Command scan some errors where not repaired, i have found in MS website that they can be repaired by doing this:

To determine which files could not be repaired by the System File Checker tool, follow these steps:
  1. Open an elevated command prompt.
  2. Type the following command, and then press ENTER: findstr /C:"[SR] Cannot repair member file" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >sfcdetails.txt
Note The Sfcdetails.txt file contains details from every time that the System File Checker tool has been run on the computer. The file includes information about files that were not repaired by the System File Checker tool. Verify the date and time entries to determine the problem files that were found the last time that you ran the System File Checker tool.
  3. Type the following command, and then press ENTER: edit sfcdetails.txt
The Sfcdetails.txt file uses the following format: Date/Time SFC detail
The following sample log file contains an entry for a file that could not be repaired:
2007-01-12 12:10:42, Info CSI 00000008 [SR] Cannot repair member file [l:34{17}]"Accessibility.dll" of Accessibility, Version = 6.0.6000.16386, pA = PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE_MSIL (8), Culture neutral, VersionScope neutral, PublicKeyToken = {l:8 b:b03f5f7f11d50a3a}, Type neutral, TypeName neutral, PublicKey neutral in the store, file is missing

If the System File Checker tool cannot repair a file, follow these steps:
  1. At an elevated command prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER: takeown /f Path_And_File_Name
For example, type takeown /f E:\windows\system32\jscript.dll.
  2. Type the following command, and then press ENTER to grant administrators full access to the file: icacls Path_And_File_Name /GRANT ADMINISTRATORS:F
    For example, type icacls E:\windows\system32\jscript.dll /grant administrators:F.
  3. Type the following command to replace the file with a known good copy of the file: Copy Path_And_File_Name_Of_Source_File Path_And_File_Name_Of_Destination
For example, type copy E:\temp\jscript.dll E:\windows\system32\jscript.dll.
but when i write Sfcdetails.txt and press enter there's nothing wrriten in the file.

sorry for troubling you and ecscuse my bad english.
thnx.

Lina, First I want to give you all the help that you need. Your English is fine. Wherever you live, I would not know your language at all, so you are doing great. But now for the questions.

About the SFC, if errors were found run it several times. Problems do not get fixed all at once.

Try to run SFC a few more times. If there are still problems, I will help you open the file.

After you have completed all the steps, if you still get BSOD, just send the new dump.
We will work on it and get is solved. Dont worry, take your time, I am here for you.

richc46,
i have made the SFC scan 7 times but still some errors didn't get repaired.
On the other hand BSOD has appeard once yeaterday and it hasn't appeard again today :D

My Computer

The sfc cannot fix all problems, if you ran it seven times, it has done all it can. To fix errors that cannot be corrected a repair install is required, but I think that it will not be needed in your case. Glad that the BSODs are less. If they continue and bother you send me the BSOD report.

Take your time, but try to do all the suggestions that I have made, I think the BSODs will stop.
