APPCRASH in iexplore.exe

I log into my Windows Live Messenger and Notice my Contacts picture are not on display then I go into my Mail and I can Receive mail but when I try to reply or start a new email it crashs on me and starts the page over. Here is the messege i am getting...

Please uninstall all the Windows Live stuff from Control Panel...Programs...Uninstall a program
And then reinstall it to see if that helps.
