Hard Drive Crash??

So for the past few days, my computer began running very slow. Games loaded slow, programs loaded slow. Today, I decided to finally give it a reboot and now the Hard Drive is no longer recognized. I've switched the SATA ports it is connected to and even go into windows installation it doesn't see any drives. Is this a Hard Drive crash?
