Please visit Windows Update and get the rest of the Windows Updates for your system. This is likely to be a lengthy process requiring several reboots.

Then, please visit the manufacturer's support website and install the drivers for these devices:
SM Bus Controller PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2930&SUBSYS_3A1D17AA&REV_03\3&11583659&0&FB The drivers for this device are not installed.

PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2932&SUBSYS_3A1F17AA&REV_03\3&11583659&0&FE The drivers for this device are not installed.
Here's the link: Lenovo Support - Drivers & Downloads Get the Chipset, Card Reader, and Storage Management drivers.

Also, please uninstall Daemon Tools, then use this free tool to remove the sptd.sys file (the cause of the BSOD's): DuplexSecure - FAQ - Remove 32 bit sptd.sys

Once that's done, try these free hardware diagnostics:
H/W Diagnostics:
Please start by running these bootable hardware diagnostics:
Memory Diagnostics (read the details at the link)
HD Diagnostic (read the details at the link)

Also, please run one of these free, independent online malware scans to ensure that your current protection hasn't been compromised: Malware (read the details at the link)

It is possible that the following older drivers may be causing your problems.
Please either REMOVE or Update the older drivers listed below.
HOW TO FIND DRIVERS:
DO NOT use Windows Update or the Update Driver function of Device Manager as they are not the most current versions available.
Also, DO NOT update from the PC Manufacturer's website unless the Driver Reference cited below states that you should get the drivers from the OEM.

The most common drivers are located on this page: Driver Reference
If you can't find the driver, post back and we'll see what we can find.

Here's the older drivers that were found in the memory dump files:

Thank you for your reply.

I have downloaded drivers for the following things you mentioned in your reply:

Chipset
Card Reader

You have also recommended me to install driver for Storage Management but on the official site there are no drivers for Windows Vista that I am currently using. Then i removed demon tools completely and also removed stpd.sys file using the mentioned removal software.

In the next step you are asking me to do some diagnostic steps but they are iso files, please recommend me a software other than daemon tools so that i can put the image on the virtual drive.

In the malware step, I used McAfee's Security Scan.. it found no Virus, Spyware and Web protections, however 1 harmful website was found and yes the firewall is also on.

In the drivers section I wasn't able to locate the specific drivers for my hardware. Please help me in finding them.

Thanks & Regards.

Don't worry about the storage drivers for now, I wasn't 100% sure about them myself.

I like this free ISO burner: ISO Recorder v3
I've also seen ImgBurn recommended - but I don't have any experience with it.
They can't be placed on a virtual drive, but must be burned to a CD/DVD so you can boot from them.

Are you referring to the Windows firewall, or do you have a McAfee firewall? If it's the McAfee, please uninstall it for the duration of the testing.

Hello again

I have downloaded ISO recorder v3 and will be using the Memory diagnostic ISO by burning the image on the CD and then booting it up from it.

I have Fujitsu's HDD installed in my system but the given link is not working I have looked into their website, please help me finding the actual diagnostic tool from it

Support & Downloads : Fujitsu United States

I have removed the McAfee scanner from the system and I have also downloaded the latest drivers for my hardware from Lenovo's website.

I successfully ran the Memory diagnostic test 3 times and found no errors in it. Plus for the past 24 hours I have not received any of the BSOD errors but witnessed some hanging leading to restarting.

Regards..

Bad hard drive, replace it and reinstall Windows.
If the system is still under some sort of warranty, take it in and have them replace the hard drive and reinstall Windows.
