helllo everyone!!! first post of this forum for me. start this off... YES, i have researched on Google to no avail. That is why i decided to make my own thread. situation: i start up my computer boots up fine, it gets passed my mobo start up (where im able to press delete to go to bios) and gets all the way to where i am supposed to click on my icon to log into windows (it doesn't automatically just log me into my desktop i have to click my icon...im sure there is an option to change it, i never did, stupid i know) besides the point, i DONT see my icon it doesn't get to that point but its right before. My screen is completely black. no cursor no nothing. So i am forced to manually shut down the computer and power it back up....it'll bring up the options like start windows normally, with last known working config, start with safe mode all that. NOW...i am able to go into safe mode....i found system recovery and i set it back to like a month before...nothing. still that dreaded black screen 20 seconds into startup uggggh. what else can i do? i absolutely do not want to do a fresh install of windows. please help!!!!!!!
