BOSD too frequently

Hi,

I just bought a Dell 15R laptop & got too many BSOD, though didn't use at full throttle (only some web-browsers).

You mentioned many BSODs. Since one dump is hardly enough to analyze these things, would you mind sending the others?

Sorry, it seems that after each crash, the system wipes out the minidump folder. So I could only find the dump file for the latest crash. Will post if BSOD appears again.

I am advised that the reason in my ZoneAlarm firewall & either remove it or install a hotfix here.

I am testing whether the hotfix works.
