I have vista 64 and when I turn in my computer it makes a ticking noise. Windows dosent start so it goes into startup repair and that dosent do anything I thought it was my ram but I got new sticks and it is still doing it. Any ideas on what us wrong or how I can hix it? I appreciate any help.

Sounds like a hard drive problem. If you can back up your stuff as soon as possible.
That may not be possible, with your situation. If you have important stuff on the drive, I suggest that you use it as liitle as possible, until you can backup your documents.
If you are diagnosed with hard drive problems, try this to save your stuff. This is a serious method to save your stuff.
