My Computer

System One

  • Memory
    4 gb ram
    Graphics Card(s)
    radeon HD 3850
    Monitor(s) Displays
    Benq 1920x1080
STOP 0x0000003B: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION Usual causes: System service, Device driver, graphics driver, ?memory

You have given me four reports. Three were vague, but lead me to believe that the cause was hardware related. The fourth indicates that it may be a memory problem (which is considered hardware) Lets start there.

Download memtest86 and test RAM
www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html
Run for 8 passes
If passes try a good stick in each slot for 3 passes
If fails do the same for 8 passes.

You are also using some sort of virtualization software. The driver SPTD is known to cause BSODs
Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done:

Update your antivirus and run a full scan
Download and run a full scan with malwarebytes.

Take the free upgrade advisor test and see if any hardware problems are recognized.
