Do a complete anti virus scan
Download and make a full scan with malwarebytes.

uTorrent. Allow me first to send you my malware removal canned speech for P2P:

I have noticed that you are using uTorrent. This is a Peer-to-Peer (P2P) program and I would strongly recommend its removal. While this program is not illegal itself, it is very often used for illegal purposes. We do not allow for the discussion of, and strongly reject software pirating.

Almost all files on that you download via Peer-to-Peer sharing are community made. This means that they very regularly contain the nastiest malware, and it is almost impossible for you to tell if they do. It is very likely that it was these Peer-to-Peer programs that got you infected with malware in the first place, and if you continue to use these Peer-to-Peer programs, it is very likely that you will be re-infected almost immediately.

I therefore ask you to very carefully consider whether you actually need these Peer-to-Peer programs, and I very strongly recommend for their immediate removal.
