Computer Freeze

Hello all. I need help please. My computer freezes after desktop loads. I honestly don't think that any of the start up programs even start up so maybe its not even fully loaded. I can't do anything, all I see is the mouse with the circle and when you click the mouse it beeps then freezes. I cannot even do a ctrl alt del so I have to just turn it off. I have listed whatever info I think might be relevant. Please any help would be greatly appreciated, I am not sure what to really search under to find a correct solution :(

This is good news, try the clean boot. If it works this will be solved.

Hiya! So while doing my clean boot this is what I am coming up with so far. Under services something called

lxct_device
Manufacturer unknown

When this is checked and running my pc seems to freeze as stated above. When its not running I seem to be running fine.

Please help, I dont know what to do next.

If you don't have a Lexmark printer, then you can probably leave that service disabled.

OK keep it unchecked and see if there are any unwanted consequences.

Just leave it unticked for a while and see what happens. If you just leave it unticked its not causing problems and maybe taking a few bytes of HD space.
After you are certain that it is not needed, uninstall after making a system restore point.

If you dont need it and it causes problems when checked just leave it unchecked.
After you use the computer to be sure of what it is and not needed you can uninstall.
Always use system restore first in case of problems.
