I recently tried fixing a customers computer, i didnt have the right disk so i copied and pasted her files to my HD, and did a fresh XP install, but before that i was trying to fix OS with the disk using restore, the disk i used though required to authenticate the key to login,i saved her files but they are in an unreadable format, because it never set up her old files, after the restore.

any sugestions?
