Hi welcome to the forum.
I will try & get a member who normally helps in these situations to have a look, the language difference at the moment is unsure on you posts
However please click on the following link.

If you can post the info then when someone is available they will look.
Please be patient.
Thank you

Thanks for your reply and sorry for the rushing.

Original OEM and x64.

The system health report is in Finnish so i dont know if its going to be of any help. I dont know if its possible to get in english?

One more question: the health report says im not running any virus protection. To my understanding I thought that MS Security essentials is enough protection. Is this not true?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Hi,
Thank you for the response.
Regarding your computers security:- Microsoft Security Essentials is certainly one of the best available anti - virus programmes.
However, my opinion, nothing can be 100% proof. MSE is close to, I have on all my computers.
I also have malwarebytes program, excellent.
We will cover what you should download to cover your security once this problem has been solved, is that OK?
I don't want a lot of activity on the computer until it has been put right.

In addition to all of the above, try (you will like) win patrol. Among other great features it tells you about every new install and changes. If it yours fine, if not approved time to investigate. Not real security, but at a minimum psuedo security.
Try after your initial problem is solved.

Ok thats good to hear! It's still quite surprising that windows' own report complains about the lack of protection when its covered by its own software :)

Thank's Richard for reminding me. Yes it's a great asset to your overall security.
In fact it was your recommendation I put it on my computer, if I remember correctly?

I can understand your thought process re: windows and own protection.
But in defence there is so much out there in virus's & other 'nasties', I'm surprised any company could keep up with the daily influx of new introductions.

I have contacted one of our specialists regarding your problem.
Unfortunately at the moment he is busy but will look as soon as possible.
Our BSoD experts are usually kept busy, so I ask you please to be patient.

Win patrol does not have to keep up. It takes a pic and reports changes good or bad.

Yes, sorry Richard I was generalising, your absolutely correct in your description of win patrol.
The other one to consider introducing Richard would be Secunia?

Curious as to the Windows 7; this is not Vista here. Nevertheless, support may continue here.
