I sure do hope someone can help me- whenever I try to print something my computer just kinda goes crazy and comes up with this thing that says microsoft has quit working and it shows this:

I dont know what to do as I myself am not a computer person-my son who lives close might be able to help if I could tell him what is wrong? but I sure hate not being able to use my printer!! so I found this forum finally and thought I would at least try here to see if some good people could lead me into the right direction--thank you in advance for your help!!

Jeanne,
Unplug the printer/ reboot/ after restart then plug in printer and let windows find it.
We need to know what kind of printer and model # to go from there.
Sometime you have to delete/remove the printer and do a re-install of the printer.
Let us know if you need more help.

Howling Wolves--thank you so much for your reply--I deleted the printer and went back and added it back and it now works--whew-that is a relief-the son really gets tired of me calling and yelling for help!! its so nice when I can do something for myself once in awhile--with your help now--thanks again--its great to find this forum too!!!
