Dxgkrnl.sys bsod

Hello all,
My computer keeps crashing and displaying the message dxgkrnl.sys page_fault_in_nonpaged_area. I have tried as much as I can but can not get the problem fixed. Attacked is the minidump file. If someone could please help me I would appreciate it.
Also, I'm not supper good with computers, so if you can please try and keep the responses simple if you can =D but any help would be great!

Unsure of what you are capable of on your computer but,

also we will need a little more info on your system.

1. Manufacture Name...
2. 32 bit or 64 bit...
3. Amount of Ram
4. The name of your Anti-Virus...
5. Model Number...

Thanks for the quick reply. I ran the disk check and no errors were found.
System
Vista home premium
dell xps 660i
ram 8 gigs
All oem parts. I never changed anything out form the factory
X64
norton anti-virus

Also things that I have tried that did not work.
Update ATI graphic drivers, update navidia drivers, windows Diognostics, update Direct x, all windows updates.

In Command Prompt (as admin) type in sfc(space)/scannow and let it run its course.
Do this while the others analyze your zip file.
If you have time run MBAM in safe mode.
You want to make sure your system is running clean of any virus/spyware and no issues with your registry. IMHO

I ran the sfc /scanow and after the scan the command prompt displayed a message saying that corrupted files were found but they could not be fixed. they are located in a log file, but it will not let me open or attach the log file because I do not have permission (even though I am logged in on admin account)

After running the sfc if any errors are found then run it 3 more times as it fix's more each time you run it.

After completing the above.

I ran the sfc /scannnow a total of 7 times now and it is still detecting corrupt files. Anywhere we can go from here?
