    bsod idk

    i ran a quik scan with maleware bytes, pulled 1 rootware it was called not sure what that is anyway i followed instructions on restarting, as i boot down, a blue screen pops up telling me something about a dumpfile, and if i saw this screen again to contact admin, then i saw a plain blue screen, i booted bk up reluctntly, but am bk on the web, running slow tho. are there any actions i need to take??

    hey rich, i was having some problms downloading the bsod file for u, everything froze up on me programs shut down, my mouse was like 30 40 sec behind me, so i finally got to were i could reboot, and then i ran a full scan with malwarebytes, had 7 infections, now i seem to be running better, do u think i should still follow the bsod instructions?

    What you should do is enjoy the computer. If you get another BSOD, post the file then. It will have both reports; the more the better.

    thanks rich, hey seeing how im using malwarebytes, is there any reason i should be usin something like say spyware blaster? or will malwarebytes take care of it all? lol also do have a magic link that will explain to me what the bsod is, and how i get it? lol ill buy the new calculator, ty bud

    I think the best protection is a good real time anti virus; I use Security Essentials. I use Malwarebytes to run a once a week scan, Spywareblaster for real time protection and Super Anti Spyware for once a week Scans. You can use all of these together, but run only one Scan at a time.

    If Security Essentials gives you a warning about Malwarebytes, Ill tell you how to exculde Malwarebytes from the Security Essentials Scan.

    I can give this last piece of adivce because I remember how it felt to be young. Use common sense. Those sites that you really want to visit, dont.

    well rich the bsod, keeps coming up and every time i try to add as an atthmnt, it happns again, idk what i should do, itll just pop up out of noware???
