I am getting the following error when I try and right click on a document on my desk top. First a box pops up tells me that windows explorer has stopped working and the following is what I get when I click on details. It doesn't do it if I right click on a program, only if I do it on a document, file, ect:

I have downloaded system clean-up. Nothing seems to correct the problem. It even does it is I am in a file I have created. I went into a file that had photos stored by date, I needed to convert it into a zip file to email, but it did this same thing to me when I right clicked on it. I am at a loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks You!!

Run a full anti virus scan
Download and scan with an updated and free malwarebytes.
If clean boot does not solve the problem, go back with a system restore to a few days before the problem.

Thank you, I will try that. Unfortunately it won't allow me to do a system restore prior to 10 days(that was my first thought). The problem has gone on for a couple of months and I went about doing my emails a differant way. Now I don't have the option to do it that way, only through zip files which I am unable to convert to.

I have tried a couple of the free anti virus scans. Nothing has fixed the problem. I was told that I needed to uninstall and reinstall Windows Vista. I don't have a disc though.

Read the tutorial, you must right click on cmd and then run as administrator
That DLL (Dynamic Link Library) is just a very fancy File. Driver and file problems can be caused by memory. AFTER doing everything else, test memory.
