    Blue screen of death help!!!

    I got the blue scree of death and I ran a diagnostic. I got the error code 2000 - 0146: self drive test contains previous log errors.

    I put in the installation disk, I formatted the partition, deleting everything. (I didn't have anything important worth saving on a back up) I ran the installation, it got to expanding files 87% before I get error code 0x8007045d, it cancels the installations, and now I can't even install Windows back on to my hard drive. Can someone please help me?

    I have a Windows Vista, intel core duo 2, studio 1535.
