I'm trying to troubleshoot a BSOD error that happens randomly. However, I've tried looking into this and I'm really bad at it. I'm hoping I could get some help.

I'm not sure if it's related, but I've also been unable to install some windows updates (error code 643). I tried applying the solution here, but it didn't work: When you try to install an update for the .NET Framework 1.0, 1.1, 2.0, 3.0, or 3.5, you may receive Windows Update error code "0x643" or Windows Installer error code "1603"
