You did a good job, I got the report that I needed
There was only one mini dump report (shows you had one BSOD).
It is impossible to get a definitive answer based on one report, but I did get clues, so lets start there.

Ataport.sys was mentioned as a potential cause as was Security Essentials. May I suggest
Run a full antivirus scan
Download, update and run a full scan with malwarebytes
Run an SFC Scan
If nothing else seems to work
Uninstall Security Essentials and replace with another Anti Virus
Before uninstallin Security Essentials, make a System Restore point, so you can go back if that is not the cause.

Works in safe mode, but not in regular mode. Based upon that and other information given, it still sounds like a driver. Do a boot log, it will tell us the problem driver
How To Enable Boot Logging For Fixing Startup Problems in Windows

It truly looks like a driver that is included with startup. You cant do the boot logging?
If not see if you can set up a clean boot, for testing.

How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

You may be able to set it up in safe mode.

It shows that the first drive not to load is the webcam driver. Do you have the webcam DVD, reinstall and see if that helps.

When did you install Soluto, about the same time as the probelm?

Did you do anything or make changes around the time of the problem?

See above post and do you have the report for the last BSOD? The more I have the more clues I have. One is never enough.
