BSOD when idle

Hey all!

I'm tyring to debug my friends computer, that keeps BSOD-ing and restarting when idle.
What might be the cause:
His video-card gave up a while ago, it was a Nvidia card. Without removing the old drivers (I think) they installed an Gigabyte Radeon HD5450-card and its drivers.

So, this is what I think is creating the random crashes.

But, these are just speculations and I cant be sure. So before doing full time-consuming driver removals and stuff like that on a computer that isn't mine, I'd like to be able to narrow down what's causing the random restarts.

Usually when Vista comes back it gives the BCCode: 1a
But today when we returned to the computer, the screen was black; Explorer.exe wouldn't start and the code was different: BCCode: 1000008E

I filled in this computers specs when I registered, if those arent visible, then tell me and I'll rewrite them.
Also, I'll look for the .dmp files now, and attach them in a sec.

Thanks for helping out!

I'd remove all aspects of the Nvidia card using something like driversweeper. Its pretty easy, and woul be my 1st try.

You might want to check the memory with memtest.

What is the power supply size? You should beabgle to power a 5450 on pretty much all psu, but it might be going bad.

Nvm that part about idleing, now It keeps BSOD-ing and restarting, giving
BCCode: 1000008e
BCP1: C0000005
BCP2: 82827FEE
BCP3: A25E3AD8
BCP4: 00000000

During the bluescreen there is some kind of counter, and I've seen two bluescreens within the last 5 min. As I tried to take a picture of them both times, I failed to read what actaullly was written.. :)

So, ehm, I guess that it might be something with multiple drivers. But, noted again, this isn't my computer, and I really wouldn't like to remove drivers and things like that before beeing sure about whats wrong (even if I know that this is probably next to impossible with this type of errors)

Is there any kind of decompiler or translator that reads the .dmp-files created and writes out something readable, I mean, opening the files with notepad is just confusing.

I'll attach all 10 dmp-files from today;

(Have to leave the computer for now, will post this message as it may bluescreen and restart ;) )

Please scan with a fully updated version of Malwarebytes : -
As Malwarebytes doesnt seem to be free, would a scan with the installed avast! Free or maybe installing Ad-aware and make it clear whatever it finds?
Complete the windows update process to SP2 - plus others!

We noticed that it wasn't even updated to SP1, and the windows update didnt find the update, so we downloaded the 2 service-packs manually from microsoft homepage. I'm trying to contact my friend as of progress on SP1/2 and if it've done any difference.
