Computer Freezing :(

I have a vista home 64 computer. I have just taken out a bad ram and replaced a broken moniter. While i have had blue screens (irql not equal, pfn list currupt, page deault in no page area, system service exeception), it now just freezes after a few minutes. If i start it in safe mode then it will go for 10 to 15 minutes before freezeing. I have scaned with vipre and have found no viruses and have run chkdsk and a memory test with no errors. I need help finding why it freezes and how to fix it. Thanks for the help.

Could you please post the information for the ones you had.

It might just give us the insight for what is or has caused your problem.

Also please post your full system details, make, model & windows version including update status (SP2) etc.. OK?

So far this is all the files i could get uploaded. I have not been able to finish the test before it freezes and the system health report will not work either. Am still trying. I will try to get the system info also. I also disabled the nvidia nforce networking controller since it said there was an error and would not let me update it.

Sorry for not getting all the info u need but as i dont get blue screens anymore and the computer freezes before the app can finish, i dont know how to get any more. Ill try rich's idea and get back to u.

Ok i did what u said rich and i got a blue screen with the error code 0x0000..c5 Thats all the info i could get before it restarted. It froze the next time i tryed it. Do u want me to continue trying?

OK, no need to go any further, then.
Next time you have the problem, go to search, type event viewer. Put your cursor on the left panel (adminsitrative) and look for errors at the time of the problem

While trying to log on i have gotten the irql not less or equal (0x000...a) and also one that said an atempt was made to write in read only memory (0x000...be) (never seen this one before) . So far i have been unable to log on. Will keep trying.

I found 2 errors in the last hour. One for event system and 5 for distributedCOM. The distributedCOM seems to have been haveing most of the errors for the last few days.

I also found a error for a kernel-general and i keep seeing something about the dependency service or group fail to start. Also what is a tpm (trusted platform module)? It is saying that one cannot be found. Do i need one? Thanks.
