Hi dyacarmen and welcome to the forums

Can you please start a new thread in the relevant forum? Using one thread for multiple people and problems only leads to confusion.

TY Tom, for your excellent observation. I have moved the thread to its proper forum.

DYA Carmen, your problem is appparently with usbport.sys. This is a microsoft driver
that rarely causes problems. Try to change the port of all of your external devices; printer, etc. and see if you get better performance.
If you do not, go to search by the start button and type device manager. Open the section Universal Serial Business Controllers. Look for any small yellow markers indicating that one or more may be corrupt. If negative
Try an SFC

Re: help!BSOD

Hi,

Ok from that :-

Update your NVidia drivers: - Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers

The mini dump files indicate that some of the crashes have been caused by usbport.sys

So, what have you got plugged in to your USB ports or have you got a USB network card built in?

I would suggest that you update the drivers for the USB device too. OK?
