System did not include CD.

I've done just about everything to fix this, including system restore/repair. ..started of with the IRQL not less or equal error, but I was able to get rid of it after following steps on this forum. Now I'm left with the 0x000000c9 Stop code.

Dump files zip attached.

I cannot run a system health report because I cannot start the Performance Logs & Alerts service in safe mode.

Borderline computer illiterate here....any help is greatly appreciated. :geek:

You only have 255 updates after SP2 - most systems have 300 to 350 or more. Please check with Windows Update to ensure that you have all available updates.

Hard disk isn't recognized in the Disks section of MSINFO32 - but is recognized in the Drives section
The only thing in the Disks section is a USB Cruzer flash drive

Please run the following free diagnostics: HD Diagnostic

These 3 startup entries are suspicious to me:
1719446198 rundll32.exe "c:\windows\temp\nsceda4.tmp\zmv3wl9.xpt",dllregisterserver .DEFAULT HKU\.DEFAULT\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

FBSSA c:\program files\sgpsa\ie3sh.exe Public HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

YdIOpOsTlLdDd.exe c:\programdata\ydiopostllddd.exe Public HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Please scan your system with one of these free antivirus scans (in case your protection has become compromised): Free Online AntiMalware Resources

No memory dumps are in the upload, and the WER section of MSINFO32 doesn't show any BSOD after 22 Oct 2011. If this isn't a malware infection, then it's likely to be a hardware problem.

Post back with the results of the malware scans and we'll move on with other tests
