blue screen appears right after stratup

Hi all
so I saw this topic : http://www.vistax64.com/crashes-debugging/295858-my-blue-screen-problem.html and i thought i had a similar problem but still couldnt solve it. I have vista ultimate 64bit.
so since yesterday im having blue screen all the times, in the begining i could log into windows but after a few seconds/minutes the bs appeared. I don't have any new hardware installed and any new software, but i did know that my NOD32 antivirus has auto updates, i tried to cancel the autostart of NOD in msconfig, restarted but still it appeared so i knew it's something with this. (note that till I uninstall the nod I couldnt enter safe mode- windows loaded the files but never entered safe mode), after a few tries i could uninstall NOD from windows (it turned into bs by the end of the uninstalling) after this I could enter safe mode, so i deleted the remaining folder of NOD thinking that was the problem.
then, i booted up windows normally, then after a few minutes again a bluescreen. i then enter safe mode again and tried system restore to 4/12, after that i couldnt log into windows, always bs, i tried every windows option after pressing F8 before windows start but still i get the windows loading screen then turns into bs.
maybe i did a mistake doing the system restore because it restored it to a point when the NOD still exist then the problem returned...i dont know.
i also tried my windows cd to do a repair and vista recovery cd I downloaded, on both cases I booted from the cd, i got the "windows loading files" screen on startup and after it finishes loading the bar, windows try to start and then after a few seconds- again a blue screen.
I don't know more what to do, beside reinstall windows which I dont really want to because of losing my programs, any other solutions? I know its pretty hopeless since I cant even access windows now but maybe some program i can download, burn and boot from a cd that will help...
I added 3 pics, 2 of windows "trying to solve the problem" window that pop on startup when i could log into windows and 1 of the blue screen appears now right after startup. note that i noticed that the "stop: 0X0000" message is not permanent, as the symbols change after every reset of the pc, if it matters tell me and i will take some more pics of the blue screens.
sorry about the long message and my bad english ...any help will be great. thanks.
ps: my windows is in hebrew so what is said in the message on the pic is: "Files that help describe the problem:"

I dont think it's a hardware problem ass my 2 RAM are under 1 year old, and all of this happende becuase a software i think. anyway as i said now the blue screen showing me :
0X000001A error instead of the one in the pic
also when i try "last known configuration" option, a diffrent blue screen appears that tells me " winsrv" is missinng and that i show reinstall it..

As I mentioned, I cannot give precise answers because I do not have the software that is used in my home computer. I may still be able to help, however. Try to use the computer in safe mode. If it works we have limited the potential problem to a driver or to software.
The reason that you get different blue screen results is because each gives a small clue and not the precise answer.
