    Hi,

The Dump files indicate an imminent hard disk failure. Please check your drive & replace as required.

    Re: BSOD

Have you had any further BSOD's (since the one's on 04 May 2012)? If so, please zip them up and upload them with your next post.

When did you replace the Hard Drive? The memory dumps show disk hardware problems during the period 02 to 04 May 2012.

If you replaced the hard drive before that time, then there's another problem (most likely either cables or the motherboard).

    Re: BSOD

    Sorry for delay in response.
    Thanks for replying USASMA.
Yeh I have but some days before i had run Disk cleanup but after this i faced it again and i'm attaching it in this post.
I have change HDD on 2nd may 2012.
You know, after BSOD my system don't face any problem if i restart it at that time.
Again if i keep system in off state for one or more hour then and then try to start, it won't start and causes HDD LED to continuously blink for 5-10 minutes and shows nothing on screen(Black as it appears in off state).
My system is Dell XPS 1340 and I ran Dell diagnostics it shows there is no problem with my system.
I'm facing his problem when i changed my old motherboard(nvidia 9500m hybrid SLI which was damaged due to lightening) with another one(same chipset with nvidia 9400m).
I think this information may help to solve my problem.

    Thanks Again
    Waiting for further assistance.

    Re: BSOD

Only 126 updates after SP2 - most systems have 350 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get all available updates.

    These devices are not installed:
SM Bus Controller PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0AA2&SUBSYS_02711028&REV_B1\3&2411E6FE&0&1A The drivers for this device are not installed.

Coprocessor PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0AA3&SUBSYS_02711028&REV_B1\3&2411E6FE&0&1D The drivers for this device are not installed.
Their drivers are a part of the chipset drivers for your system. Please install them immediately.

MSINFO32 shows another hard drive error on 5 May 2012. Please run this free diagnostic on ALL hard drives in your system: Hard Drive Diagnostic Procedure.

    Re: BSOD

IMO there is something wrong with the hardware. If it's not one of the hard drives, then it's likely to be with the motherboard. But there's no tests for motherboards, so it's a gamble to get a new motherboard.
