Lately my PC has been crashing a lot and getting the DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSOD, which usually shows that ntoskrnl.sys and tcpip.sys have something to do with it.
It would be greatly appreciated if you guys could help me with this problem.

Running Vista Home Premium 64bit OEM

Lot's of errors. Try updating your wired and wireless drivers.
The reports don't contain much info (I'll discuss that later).

If using a Wireless USB device - remove it and uninstall it's software in order to test. With the amount of BSOD's you're getting you should know if that's the problem or not in very short order!

More to follow after work (I'm running the memory dumps while I'm at work).

I'm uncertain if the reports were stopped too early, or if there's an issue with your OS that prevents it from displaying the information. Please regenerate the jcgriff2 reports again and be sure to allow it to run to completion.

This is most likely a hardware error. They (hardware errors) are usually caused by one of these things:
- borked (broken) hardware (several different procedures used to isolate the problem device)
- overclocking - You'll know if you're overclocking or not. If uncertain we can suggest things to check.
- compatibility issues (such as your ATI PCIe chipset driver that dates from 2006 or your Realtek USB card reader - the driver dates from 2008)
- low-level driver problems (such as as your Comodo Firewall)
- or even malware (scanned for when we ask for hardware diagnostics from Initial Hardware Diagnostics or Hardware Diagnostics ).

Please uninstall the Comodo firewall and enable the Windows firewall for testing purposes. Once the testing is done and the system is stable, feel free to reinstall Comodo if you'd like it.

You have a number of older drivers that need to be updated. If no update is available, then they should be removed from your system.

Thank you for your response. As of right now i am currently updating the drivers you mentioned and i would like to point out that i uninstalled the COMODO anti-virus a long time ago but parts of it could still exist in the registry. I'll come back later with the results if the updates helped with the BSOD, thanks again.

Zip up and upload the memory dumps (they're located in C:\Windows\Minidump).
We'll see what they say.

This is often a waiting game - we fix everything that we can see, then we wait for another crash to reveal more details - then we fix everything that we can see, then we wait for another crash to reveal more details - etc - etc - etc
Eventually the crashes stop and we can say that the problem is fixed - but only after we're sure they've stopped.
