BSoD's are back

Hi , I was hoping I wouldn't have to post in here again, again.
But I've been getting BSoD's again, mainly whilst playing Minecraft or simply using Google Chrome, and some complete random ones.

I've ran memtest and the memory is good.

It is a 32-Bit Home Premium upgrade version
Upgraded from XP Home Edition
It is the full retail version

My PC is custom built and is around 3 years old
The OS has been installed twice (due to hard drive wiping), most recently about 1 year ago

My Computer

Running the last 10 memory dumps.....

Only 250 updates since SP2 - most systems have 350 or more. Please get all available updates from Windows Update.

Both Alcohol 120% (also Daemon Tools) and the MAudio software have been known to cause BSOD's in Vista systems. Let's see what the memory dumps tell us....

10 memory dumps run
5 different BSOD error codes
4 different causes blamed

This is most likely a hardware error. They (hardware errors) are usually caused by one of these things:
- borked (broken) hardware (several different procedures used to isolate the problem device)
- overclocking - You'll know if you're overclocking or not. If uncertain we can suggest things to check.
- compatibility issues (Alcohol 120% is one example)
- low-level driver problems (MAudio drivers are an example)
- or even malware (scanned for when we ask for hardware diagnostics from Initial Hardware Diagnostics or Hardware Diagnostics ).

I'd start by removing Alcohol 120% using these instructions:
Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Win7 systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please uninstall the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): DuplexSecure - FAQ

Then test to see if that has stopped the BSOD's.
If not, please post back and we'll try other diagnostics.

The following info is just FYI, I've already addressed the issues that I saw in the above paragraphs
