    BSOD issues, please help

    Hello,

I have struggled with this issue for months now. I fought through the errors as they were less frequent but now I get BSOD with these various messages:

    IRQL_not_less_or_equal
    Memory_management
    Bad_pooler_head

...and more I cannot recall. All my hardware/software is legit, being legally-acquired and owned by myself.

Using an Alienware Aurora machine, Specs:
    - Windows Vista Home Premium
    - Processor: AMD Athlon 64 X2 dual core processor 5800+ 3.00 Ghz
    - RAM: 4.00 GB

Really becomes an issue mainly when playing video games, but now happens even when computer is left idle.

I would appreciate any help on this.

You did not give us the most important file, the minidump. Try to upload the information, again. Follow the instuctions very carefully.

The reports gave varying causes for the problem. This is usually caused by a harware problem. Lets start with a memory test.
Guide to using Memtest86+ - Geeks to Go Forums
Run for 8 passes. The test each stick in a known good slot. Do for 6 passes each.
