    Kernel_stack_inpage_error

    Hello all.

    I've been experiencing this BSOD issue for about a week now (consistently). It seems that I can't be on my laptop for longer than 20 minutes before the BSOD pops up. Most of the time, when my computer crashes, I see an error message that says "Kernel_Stack_Inpage_Error". I don't know what has happened to cause this.



    I've attached the zip file as instructed.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Welcome
    Looks like it may be a hardware problem. As part of a test and or a potential fix, go back a week before the problem began with System Restore.

    Hi Richard.

    Thanks for the response. I tried to do a system restore from Aug 22, but when the laptop rebooted, it said it didn't properly restore. And now this box popped up on the screen:

    Buffer overrun detected!
    Program:...ckard\TouchSmart\Media\Kernel\CLML\CLMLSvc.exe
    A buffer overrun has been detected which has corrupted the program's internal state. The program cannot safely continue execution and must now be terminated

    Im leaning toward Hard Drive problems,
    Take a chkdsk
    Check Disk - chkdsk
