Vista home premium won't load in

Hi everyone. I have a 5 years old laptop,( hp pavilion dv3) . I just opened a video on Facebook , and the computer was freezing, so I had to shut down manually . And now it doesn't load in, stops at the loading screen , windows corporation ... I have tried a few things , safe mode is not working ,and I don't have an installation disk either. What to do now?! Service? New laptop?! Thanks in advance
