Solved BSOD 0x76 and 0xd1

I'm stuck on my fiance's laptop because my Alienware finally quit out on me, and I'm saving up for a custom desktop build. It's been running fine until the 8th of the month, when it had its first BSOD, which was a 0x000000d1. That same day, as I was trying to figure it out, it had two more 0xd1's. Then I let it rest a few days, booted back up, and it ran fine-ish until the 19th, when it had another 0xd1 and a 0x76. I left the computer alone out of sheer frustration until now, but it had another 0x76 just after signing in. According to BlueScreenView, the problem drivers were tcpip.sys for the 0xd1's and ntkrnlpa.exe for the 0x76's. I've run sfc /scannow, as well as a full scan with MBAM in safe mode.
Attached are all 6 minidump files in a zip.

Although rare, your problem is caused by Malwarebytes.
This driver
mwac.sys
part of malwarebytes is the source of the problem.
I suggest that you make a system restore point, uninstall Malwarebytes and report back.
If the problem persists we will check to see if that particular driver is removed.

So I checked, and system restore points were turned off. Apparently, she decided that it was slowing down the laptop too much. Is there any other solution? I can't seem to turn them back on right now.

You do not have to use system restore. That is just a suggestion in case removing malwarebytes causing problems. As far as the reports show, if you just remove Malwarebytes the problem should be solved.
I do not understand why you cant turn on restore, but that's not necessary.

Many people using Malwarebytes, including myself with a premium key, have no problem. What is happening in your case, there is a conflict between Malwarbytes and some other software. It is usually the anti virus but not always. You can set MB to ignore any other software and the problem will end. You would have to experiment. But first, uninstall MB to be sure that the problem is solved. Sometimes even though the reports are definite (as in your case) the suggested solution does not work. In addition, maybe the other software is the cause of the conflict then you would have to remove (not reset) one of the software.
Yes you can reinstall if MB does not give you problems due to the new pricing schedule.

One or two last questions: could this be caused by MBAM's self-protection module? I had it turned on during the BSODs, but then I turned it off today, and my boot lasted longer than it had before. However, the laptop was running extremely slowly. I opened Task Manager, but it didn't show anything odd, other than 100% CPU usage for about an hour. I finally got it opened to show tasks from all users, and the 100% task was a system task called mysqdl.exe or something along those lines.

It would be caused by a component that was running at the time of the problem
self protection
or the real time malware protection
There may be other components that were running, also
I have no way of knowing from here.

I uninstalled MBAM, and I've had no issues (other than mysqld.exe bogging things down...). Any suggestions for re-installing MBAM so that this might not happen again?

Apparently I do, it was in a Dell folder when I checked on the process before closing it. I don't remember installing it, though, and I can't seem to find it at the moment.

We you do any programming or database work? Perhaps it is required for another program that you use. I know that sql server express is required for some. I once used a program that installed it.

The most programming that I'm capable of is a string and duct tape Excel macro... What kinds of programs use it?

Actually I've never seen a program that requires it but it would probably be one that requires a database.

Hey sorry for the delay, I'm still not sure as to what has mysqld all tied up. Next time I boot up this computer, I'll figure out the path of the exe, that might help some more than vague memories. Also, I'm thinking that the restore points wouldn't turn on because I was in safe mode. I just created one, and I plan to re-install MBAM after work tomorrow. For tonight, just YouTube.
