Hi,

Your file indicates a hardware issue but not what type or device.

What other issues have you suffered from? Any help you can give me would help you too..

Probably caused by : hardware

Thank you for looking at it. Basically BSOD will show randomly when you boot to the windows. The strange thing is that in safe mode Windows working OK. I thought there will be problem with drivers and not hardware. Because it is laptop I don't many options how test each component :( What I can test is RAM and HDD with Hirens boot CD which I have.

Do you have any other ideas?

Thank you.

Hi,

As one of your older crashes refers to CLASSPNP.SYS, try the solution below: -

Go into your bios and check the hard drive configuration. Once I reverted back to IDE the system booted as normal. You may have to do the opposite!!! At all times my system hung at classpnp.sys as advertised. Let me know if this fixed

The BIOS in this laptop is very basic. I don't have option to change anything except boot priority and few settings like disable Wi-Fi... I am testing RAM with Memtest86+ now and no errors yet... I will let you know.

If Daemon Tools is a requirement, follow below but skip the Daemon tools removal part.
Please follow everything below if Daemon tools is not a requirement.
Daemon tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known cause for BSOD's.Please remove Daemon Tools and run the SPTD pass through remover.

  1. Uninstall Daemon Tools
  2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
    • Double click the executable to open it
    • Click on the button shown below

If the button is grayed out, like in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can close the window

Hi guys, sorry for delay with posting update. After 2 tests which were passed (RAM and HDD) I decided to update BIOS from 1.04 to 1.10 and it seems there are no more BSOD... I have also returned this laptop to owner and we will see if BSOD was definitely solved with BIOS update. Thank you guys.
