| Newbie Rep Power: 7  |  usb mouse i just purchased an RF Wireless Optical Mouse from my local post office and tried to install it onto my acer laptop using Vista home premium and it wont work..."The drivers for this device are not installed. (code 28) the installation failed because a function driver was not specified for this device instance"....then it goes on to tell me to reinstall the driver...i click on reinstall driver and it says windows encountered a problem installing the driver software for your device...can someone please help??  |
