The Device Manager says those problematic devices couldn't work because their drivers fail to load.

This problem is new, i don't think i have so many net adapters before.

Can anyone give a reasonable explanation?

Thanks.

Thx, but that doesn't work.
Not long ago, i ran into a DVD-ROM issue: My MSI DVD-ROM is not recognized by vista, while works perfectly on my XP... After many trials, many questing and many... the problem is still there. All i had to do is to buy a new DVD-ROM which was priced nearly the same as my XP!!! :(
