Display Drivers

I am having a problem with burning a DVD. It tells me that my display driver has failed and recovered. How do I fix this?

Re: Display Drivers

I don't think we can help you if you don't give us any information on your graphics card. For example: XFX GeForce 8600GT.

Re: Display Drivers

Try installing the latest drivers.
Try re-installing the display drivers from disk.
Do you get this error any other time?
What burning software are you running?
Have you tried any other burning software?

Re: Display Drivers

My knee jerk reaction would be:

(1) Uninstall your video drivers
(2) make sure they're gond with an app like Drivercleaner
(3) Restart
(3) Go to your video card maker's website, download and install the latest ones.

Re: Display Drivers

Display driver... I would reccommend turning off all graphic-hungry background tasks, and then searching and installing new drivers for your software.
If the software was already on your PC, then it will most likely need an update.
