ntdll.dll problem

Hi, I hope I'm posting this in the right section. I have an old version of mavis beacon that I installed on vista and I it worked just fine. But today when I tried to use it, it kept closing. The error is related to the ntdll.dll file. Anyone know why this file would make this keep happen?

Re: ntdll.dll problem

Hi Niki,

What changes were made to your system between the time that the program worked and when it stopped working? If the difference is the SP1 update, then I suspect that is where the problem lies. This is actually the same situation that occured with XP and SP2 and the solution to the problem is to either download a patch (if one is available) or to install a new updated version of the program that is causing problems.
