Vista Tutorial - HP Laserjet 3330 will not print with Vista

Hello, I too am looking for full MFP functionality from my Vista laptop when using the Laserjet 3330, it prints fine, however my install disk only supports XP on down. I've emailed HP support to see if they can point me in the right direction, most likely they will tell me that they do not support this model anymore but it was worth a shot.

In reply to the memory discussion, my 3330 works perfectly well on another XP machine and when printing the config report, the memory parameters show 32Mb installed and 5.71 Available, so the gentleman above who has only the same amount of memory avail. is not having a memory problem. I'll post if HP reply's with some wisdom on where to find the MFP install software for Vista. Good luck out there!

Does anyone know how to disassemble the scanner glass from the hp laserjet 3330?

My all in one has worked great w/Vista until yesterday when the scanner bulb showed in the display and won't go away with a orange light blinking above the cancel button.

Have tried several things but none have worked. Read on a forum back in 2006 where someone had the same problem and they solved it by cleaning the scanner glass but they had to take it completely off.

Don't know if this is where I should ask this question...if not please excuse and let me know where to ask. Thanx

So, anyone tried this and if so...can you give me instructions on how to disasemble?
