Re: cd-rom problems

Your "My System Specs" are not giving enough information.

What make & model is your CD/DVD drive, computer and what type of recordable disks are you trying to read. Not all models of CD/DVD drives will read all types of CD/DVD disks.

Re: cd-rom problems

make sure your cd drive can read the type of disc you have in there such as dvd -r or dvd +r etc... also if this persists then you should up date the driver and if that does not work and your cd rom worked before just rollback the driver or do a system restore

do this at your own risk but a driver roll back wont hurt the pc lol

hope this helped
