Help Needed Plz

Hi i've just upgraded my desktop from vista home premium to vista ultimate
but upon doing this i can't acces the internet through my usual adapter
im currently using a temp wireless stick but want to use my old one,

device manager > unknown devices > ethernet controller

Vista has a rather extensive driver database built in, but it is possible that it doesn't have a driver for a board that old. If you haven't you can find the onboard ethernet driver here,

P.S. Might want to change that to Vista 32 bit as there is no way possible that you install Vista 64 bit on a Socket A computer. ;)

thanks for that...yes it is an old pc, im not good at the computer thing
i just thought i could copy my vista ultimate off my laptop to my desktop
but i'll get the 32 bit now thanks again, if the problem persists i'll
no doubt be back on lol thanks again
