BSOD and otherinfo help please!!!

Hello im new to the forums and wandering if anybody can help me!
I've had my Laptop for about a year now and starting from yesterday, ive had blue screen crashs re-occuring everytime i log on to my account. I can run my computer fine in any of the safe modes but not my account. i can't log onto my account at all with out it crashing after 10mins everytime! i have been reading some adivce and i have tried to use system restore but it tells me it failed to succssfully complete. i recently look on evet logger and checked out when there was a error and what might have caused it. The only thing i downloaded yesterday was windows updates and since that my computer keeps crashing. i recently had a blue screen when i turned on my computer ;

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

*** 0x000000D1 (0x925F5A0A, 0x00000002, 0x00000008, 0x925F5A0A)

i then check on event logger at the crash event and it listed that:
AVGLDx86
AVGMFx86
SPLDR
WANARPV6
were not working correctly.

i checked on device manager and its says that Security Processor Loaded Driver:
This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed. (Code 24)
Problem Code: 00000018

i am seriously faustrated as i do not know what i can do.
should i pay to get my harddisk wiped?
or is there something i can do?

please help me in only 15 lol and im seriously faustrated!!

xoxo charlotte
