Problem 1: Okay ,so when I try and adjust my sound on my laptop, it doesn't work. After a while it comes up. I dont know why it does this.
Problem 2: When I manage to adjust the sound, it says windows explorer has stopped responding, then the whole taskbar goes, and comes back in 30 secs. Help!!
