Hi
I have an Acer Aspire9410Z with Windows Vista home edition 32 -bit
Intel Pentium Dual core T2060
1.6 GHz
Intel Graphics Media Accelerator

The blue screen says

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps

It asks me whether I have installed new software/hardware and finally asks me to disable bios memory

Technical Information
*** STOP:0x0000c1F5 (0x00000000,0x00000000,0x00000000,0x00000000)

I am not able to login through safe mode either.
Appreciate if anybody can help me out here
